The Earthwise Group organizes its agenda by meeting at least four times annually. The activity and organization of these annual meetings is based around well focused committees of Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and Group Expansion.
Each committee, with an elected chairman, has the charge to develop and exchange ideas that will assist in increasing the sales and profitability of its members and advancing the growth of the Earthwise name, product and organization.
Additionally, the Board of Managers participates in monthly conference calls to discuss and advance committee progress towards the overall Group goals.
Earthwise partners with Deceuninck North America (DNA), a leading extruder of vinyl window and door profile systems in the U.S. Formerly, Dayton Technologies, DNA is part of Deceuninck International, the largest vinyl profile extruder in the world.
DNA literally provides the genetic material, per se, that establishes the common identity for the Earthwise Group. By creating a common profile platform of window products, exclusive to the Earthwise Group, DNA establishes the definition and singular identity for the Earthwise Group. Different from a fabricator member, DNA is a true partner with the Earthwise Group. Deceuninck North America is integrally involved in the growth of the Earthwise program. This platform, designed on a highly efficient, common sash production, reduces labor cost and increases productivity, while enhancing window variety and therein marketing potential.
The platform provides a superior 3 1/4" mainframe design with contour lines and sculpted millwork features. Extruded with or without fin, the identical mainframe profile allows for both replacement and new construction windows in an encompassing offering of styles.
The list for both remodeling or new construction includes: an all welded single hung series, two all welded double hung series, a casement series, a woodgrain double hung series, and even a mechanical mainframe/ welded sash series. All series, of course, include a full compliment of picture window, two and three lite slider, hopper, bay and bow, and architectural shapes.
